Till all things go well we take Breath for granted. Most of us are not even aware of our Breath and its pattern.

From the first breath we take immediately after birth, to the last breath at the time of death, our breath connects our body, mind, emotions, and inner-self. That is the reason that since ancient times, Spiritual Masters have emphasized the practice of Breath techniques to balance the body, emotion, mind and innerself.

Breath is the bridge between – the visible and the invisible, the known and the unknown, the physical and the non-physical, the infinite and the finite, the eternal and the transitory. Breathing is our primary source of nourishment and elimination of everything that is unwanted including unwanted toxins, unwanted thoughts or undesired emotions. With every inhalation we get energy and with every exhalation we release the unwanted. When this cycle is balanced it keeps us healthy and happy. When there is an imbalance in this energy cycle unhappiness, stresses and illness follows.

It is alarming and unbelievable to know that usually, in daily life patterns, proper breathing is not taught. Very few people naturally breathe properly and fully.
